Our goal is to provide safe, professional, and unforgettable diving experiences in the Adriatic Sea.
By booking or participating in any activity organized by Diving Dolphin Bol, you agree to the following
Rules, Regulations, Liability Terms, and Privacy Policy.
General Rules and Safety Regulations
All divers, students, snorkelers, and participants must follow the instructions of Diving Dolphin Bol staff,
instructors, divemasters, and boat crew at all times.
Participation in diving activities is permitted only for individuals who are physically and mentally fit for diving.
Diving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose health condition, behavior,
intoxication, or equipment condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
– Follow internationally recognized diving standards and safe diving practices
– Respect maximum depth limits according to certification level
– Dive within personal training and experience limits
– Use properly maintained and functioning diving equipment
– Attend mandatory dive briefings before every dive
– Respect marine life, caves, reefs, archaeological sites, and the Adriatic environment
– Never touch, damage, remove, or disturb protected species or underwater artifacts
– Follow Croatian maritime and environmental regulations
Divers must immediately inform the instructor or guide about any health issue, discomfort, anxiety,
equipment malfunction, or unsafe situation.
Diving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to cancel, modify, delay, or terminate diving activities due to weather
conditions, sea conditions, technical reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure circumstances.
Liability Release and Assumption of Risk
By participating in any activity organized by Diving Dolphin Bol, the participant confirms that they understand
and accept the rules, procedures, and possible risks connected with diving, snorkeling, boat activities,
and water sports.
The participant understands that scuba diving, freediving, snorkeling, boat activities, and water sports involve
inherent risks, including but not limited to decompression sickness, drowning, panic, marine injuries,
equipment failure, boat-related accidents, serious injury, or death.
The participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in these activities and agrees to
release and hold harmless Diving Dolphin Bol, its staff, instructors, guides, boat crew, partners, agents,
and related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, or legal actions.
– I am physically fit for diving activities
– I do not suffer from medical conditions that may increase risk while diving
– I understand that heart, lung, ear, sinus, neurological, or circulation conditions may be dangerous underwater
– I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication impairing judgment or physical ability
– I am responsible for providing truthful medical information
– I understand that all activities are undertaken voluntarily and at my own risk
For minors under the legal age, participation requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Reservations, Payments, and Cancellations
A reservation may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total booking value.
Deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Diving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to retain deposits in case of last-minute cancellations, no-shows,
late arrivals affecting operations, or failure to meet certification or medical requirements.
If an activity is canceled by Diving Dolphin Bol due to weather, safety, or operational reasons,
an alternative date, alternative activity, or refund may be offered at the discretion of the center.
Courses already started are non-refundable.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled activities.
Equipment Responsibility
Rental equipment remains the property of Diving Dolphin Bol.
Participants are responsible for proper use of equipment, checking equipment before diving,
reporting any malfunction immediately, and returning equipment in the same condition.
Any intentional damage, loss due to negligence, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
Certified divers using personal equipment remain fully responsible for its maintenance and service status.
Environmental Protection Policy
Diving Dolphin Bol actively supports marine conservation and sustainable diving practices.
Participants agree to respect the Adriatic Sea, marine life, protected ecosystems, archaeological remains,
and the natural environment around Brač Island and Croatia.
– Do not touch or harass marine animals
– Do not collect shells, corals, archaeological artifacts, or protected species
– Do not leave waste in the sea, on beaches, or on boats
– Respect protected marine ecosystems around Brač Island and Croatia
Any illegal environmental behavior may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
