\nWelcome to Diving Dolphin Bol.
\nOur goal is to provide safe, professional, and unforgettable diving experiences in the Adriatic Sea.
\nBy booking or participating in any activity organized by Diving Dolphin Bol, you agree to the following
\nRules, Regulations, Liability Terms, and Privacy Policy.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\nGeneral Rules and Safety Regulations
\n<\/h2>\n

\nAll divers, students, snorkelers, and participants must follow the instructions of Diving Dolphin Bol staff,
\ninstructors, divemasters, and boat crew at all times.\n<\/p>\n

\nParticipation in diving activities is permitted only for individuals who are physically and mentally fit for diving.
\nDiving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to refuse participation to any person whose health condition, behavior,
\nintoxication, or equipment condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\u2013 Follow internationally recognized diving standards and safe diving practices<\/p>\n

\u2013 Respect maximum depth limits according to certification level<\/p>\n

\u2013 Dive within personal training and experience limits<\/p>\n

\u2013 Use properly maintained and functioning diving equipment<\/p>\n

\u2013 Attend mandatory dive briefings before every dive<\/p>\n

\u2013 Respect marine life, caves, reefs, archaeological sites, and the Adriatic environment<\/p>\n

\u2013 Never touch, damage, remove, or disturb protected species or underwater artifacts<\/p>\n

\u2013 Follow Croatian maritime and environmental regulations<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nDivers must immediately inform the instructor or guide about any health issue, discomfort, anxiety,
\nequipment malfunction, or unsafe situation.\n<\/p>\n

\nDiving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to cancel, modify, delay, or terminate diving activities due to weather
\nconditions, sea conditions, technical reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure circumstances.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\nLiability Release and Assumption of Risk
\n<\/h2>\n

\nBy participating in any activity organized by Diving Dolphin Bol, the participant confirms that they understand
\nand accept the rules, procedures, and possible risks connected with diving, snorkeling, boat activities,
\nand water sports.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe participant understands that scuba diving, freediving, snorkeling, boat activities, and water sports involve
\ninherent risks, including but not limited to decompression sickness, drowning, panic, marine injuries,
\nequipment failure, boat-related accidents, serious injury, or death.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in these activities and agrees to
\nrelease and hold harmless Diving Dolphin Bol, its staff, instructors, guides, boat crew, partners, agents,
\nand related parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, or legal actions.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\u2013 I am physically fit for diving activities<\/p>\n

\u2013 I do not suffer from medical conditions that may increase risk while diving<\/p>\n

\u2013 I understand that heart, lung, ear, sinus, neurological, or circulation conditions may be dangerous underwater<\/p>\n

\u2013 I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication impairing judgment or physical ability<\/p>\n

\u2013 I am responsible for providing truthful medical information<\/p>\n

\u2013 I understand that all activities are undertaken voluntarily and at my own risk<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nFor minors under the legal age, participation requires written consent from a parent or legal guardian.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\nReservations, Payments, and Cancellations
\n<\/h2>\n

\nA reservation may require a deposit of up to 50%<\/strong> of the total booking value.
\nDeposits are generally non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.\n<\/p>\n

\nDiving Dolphin Bol reserves the right to retain deposits in case of last-minute cancellations, no-shows,
\nlate arrivals affecting operations, or failure to meet certification or medical requirements.\n<\/p>\n

\nIf an activity is canceled by Diving Dolphin Bol due to weather, safety, or operational reasons,
\nan alternative date, alternative activity, or refund may be offered at the discretion of the center.\n<\/p>\n

\nCourses already started are non-refundable.
\nParticipants are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled activities.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\nEquipment Responsibility
\n<\/h2>\n

\nRental equipment remains the property of Diving Dolphin Bol.
\nParticipants are responsible for proper use of equipment, checking equipment before diving,
\nreporting any malfunction immediately, and returning equipment in the same condition.\n<\/p>\n

\nAny intentional damage, loss due to negligence, or misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.
\nCertified divers using personal equipment remain fully responsible for its maintenance and service status.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\nEnvironmental Protection Policy
\n<\/h2>\n

\nDiving Dolphin Bol actively supports marine conservation and sustainable diving practices.
\nParticipants agree to respect the Adriatic Sea, marine life, protected ecosystems, archaeological remains,
\nand the natural environment around Bra\u010d Island and Croatia.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\u2013 Do not touch or harass marine animals<\/p>\n

\u2013 Do not collect shells, corals, archaeological artifacts, or protected species<\/p>\n

\u2013 Do not leave waste in the sea, on beaches, or on boats<\/p>\n

\u2013 Respect protected marine ecosystems around Bra\u010d Island and Croatia<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\nAny illegal environmental behavior may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.\n<\/p>\n
